Deliveries

For France, we offer several delivery options to suit your preferences:

• Home delivery – Tracked letter: €3.90
  Delivery directly to your letterbox with a tracking number.
• Delivery to a relay point – Colissimo: €4.90
  Have your order delivered to the relay point of your choice.
• Home delivery – Colissimo: €5.90
  Delivery to your address with Colissimo tracking.

Regardless of the chosen delivery method, a tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment of your order so that you can track its progress.

For international deliveries, we only offer Colissimo home delivery with signature. A tracking number is also assigned to the package. The price depends on the delivery zone, ranging from €6.90 to €14.90.

Returns & exchanges

If your bracelet does not suit you, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to make a return.

1/ Return conditions

To be accepted, the return must comply with the following conditions:

• The bracelet must not be engraved (no returns possible for personalized bracelets)
• The bracelet must be returned in its original condition
• The bracelet must be returned in its original pouch
  
• The return form (to download here) must be filled out and attached to the package
• Your return must be carefully sent to the address below:

2/ Return costs

The return costs are at the customer's expense.

In case of returns from abroad, we do not cover customs fees.

The return remains your sole responsibility in case of problems or loss by postal services.

3/ Refund or exchange

Upon receipt and verification of the return, our customer service will contact you to find out your preference between a refund or an exchange.

In case of a refund, it will be made to your bank card within 14 days of receiving the return.

4/ Exceptions

Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

• worn or damaged bracelet
• defective pouch and/or box
• personalized bracelet (engraving)
